Our block cooler gives premium hardhat shade with the added coolness of our polyer gel cooling sections throughout the garment. 100% Cotton drill, cotton taping  and cotton aerated gussetting. Rubber coated brim wire prevents knocking the hardhat askew and also allows the wearer manipulation of the brim to suit the situation.  Cooling sections are place in the back and side flaps work with the gussetting under the brim to provide circulation of cool air to the head. Side flaps velcro back or forward to close the lower front of the block cooler keeping the cool air inside. Cooling gel activated in cool water. Made here in Australia
